Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, cancellation requests may not be accepted if your order has already been shipped. To request a cancellation, please email us at support@smileybeauty.in.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Refunds are issued only for products that are delivered defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Conditions for Refund: The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery, unused, in its original packaging, and including all original tags and proof of purchase.
