- Please ensure accurate shipping information at checkout; Smiley Beauty is not responsible for delivery issues due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
- In the rare event of unexpected delays, our customer care team will notify you promptly.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, cancellation requests may not be accepted if the product has already been shipped.

Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued for products that are found to be defective or damaged upon delivery.
- Conditions for Refund: You must notify us and request a return within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Refund Processing: Eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and approved for refund.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent products).
